All our lingerie items are packaged individually due to hygiene purposes.
It will then be packed in a sealed generic courier flyer, we will not indicate any details on the contents of the parcel.
Delivery
Local orders
Delivery within Malaysia we charge a flat rate of RM 8 for 1-3 pieces.
If you purchase more than RM 150 in one single order, delivery is Free Of Charge (FOC).
If within the Klang Valley, your parcel will take 1-3 working days to arrive.
For other states, it will normally take 3-5 working days.
Working days are Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays for Kuala Lumpur)
Signature is required upon receipt of the parcel. If there is no one to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card. You can either collect it at the specified address on the card, or call the number on the card to arrange for a 2nd delivery.
International orders
Upon received of your Order Form with your complete delivery address, we will email you the cost of delivery via email. The shipping rate will depend on your location and country.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to hotels. To ensure that you receive your lingerie order, please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery.
